Note on alternator: The guarantee is void if the installation work is not carried out by a specialist for vehicle electrics. The alternators for Town Car from 2003 are controlled by the on-board computer. The error code of the charging light must be reset with the diagnostic device after replacing the alternator, otherwise it will continue to light up and the alternator is running in emergency mode.
